What is the bigger storyline so far this series:
1. Ottawa abandons gameplan, loses focus, and looks like boys playing a man's game.
2. Anaheim shows how dominant they really are as not even the NHL's second best team can compete.
In other words, are we playing that bad or is Anaheim playing that good? I know it is a combination of both, but which is more prevalent?

I was waiting for a new article only so I could post the exact same thing. Is our defense that bad or their offense that good? Is their defense that good or our offense so bad?
ReplyDeleteObviously, there is some combination of the 2, but I am inclined to think that it is moreso that our offense is that bad and as a result, it is forcing our defense into miserable situations.

I'm afraid you're right Dan. What makes me crazy is that you know that we are so much better. If we can play like we did against Buffalo we can certainly do it against the Ducks.
